Exporting Data

The Activity Reporting tool allows Pro users to view data summaries and statistics for analysis--access the Reporting Portal here.

The Portal allows you to view summary information directly in your browser*, or you can download a more detailed report via Excel File.

*Please note that this tool works best on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox; we cannot guarantee support in Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.

Downloading a Report

  • Select the Start and End Date for your time period of interest, then tap Apply
    • We recommend starting a day or two before your first Route of interest
  • Data is separated into Routes for ease of viewing
    • Routes - displays Route summary information
    • History - displays Check-Ins and other Stop actions
    • Favorites - displays Favorite summary information
  • Preview the data in the table to ensure you are downloading the correct data
  • Click Download Report to send the data to an .xlsx spreadsheet
    • Note: the spreadsheets have multiple tabs at the bottom--click around if you don’t find what you’re looking for on the first page!
